that we have recently added the iTero digital scanner to our office. As the first orthodontic office in Anchorage
to provide this new technology for our patients, we now have the ability to
capture 3D images of our patient's teeth without the use of alginate or PVS
impressions.
No more messy uncomfortable impressions for study models, or
Invisalign treatment. Now the only
reason we will need to use alginate impressions is to make same day retainers
in our lab and for appliances.
